ORDERS:

• Currently we are able to take your order by telephone , email, or regular mail. ( We take secure payment through SQUARE, by sending you an invoice to your email or you can give it to us directly.) 
   
• If you able to recieve a photo via text or email we are happy to send you a pic of  some option to choose from or the final product before we send it for your OK. 

• All items are individually hand-dyed. There may be slight variations in color or pattern.

• If the white good item is in stock we will start working on it immediately, and send asap.  Other items may take up to four weeks.  If we cannot fill your order within this timeframe we will contact you for refund or backorder.

• We take pride in our work and anticipate your satisfaction, if you need to make an exchange, please send the items in their original condition within 30 days for credit or exchange.
